Maximum number of chrome steel balls

To achieve maximum load, MAX bearings are completely filled with high-quality balls of accuracy class 10. No cage means more balls and 40% more load. The bearings are filled with balls by hand due tovery small tolerance between inner and outer ring.

Rings made of high-carbon chrome steel 52100

The purest steel alloy strong like no other. MAX bearings use a lubricant for marine purposes from CRC. Vaseline will remain in the deposit even under extreme conditions. Even salt water does not penetrate and does not damage the bearing.

LLU type seal

Each sealing ring has two cutting edges that fit into the guide grooves in the inner onebearing ring. The outer lip prevents dirt from penetrating, while the inner one keeps Vaseline in the bearing. During operation, this system is practically watertight, the Vaseline in the groove of the inner ring creates a watertight barrier.
