The seal of LLU

Each sealing ring has two lips which engage into the guide grooves in the inner ring of the bearing. The outer lip prevents the penetration of dirt,while maintaining internal grease in the bearing. In operation, the system is virtually waterproof, grease in the groove of the inner ring creates a waterproof barrier.
