For maximum load MAX bearings are completely filled with high-quality balls of accuracy class 10. No cage means more balls and 40% greater load. Ball bearings are filled by hand for a very small tolerance between the inner and outerring.

The seal of LLU

Each sealing ring has two lips which engage into the guide grooves in the inner ring of the bearing. The outer lip prevents the penetration of dirt,while the interior keeps the grease in the bearing. In operation, the system is virtually waterproof, grease in the groove of the inner ring a waterproof barrier.
